My name is Jessica Garcia-Tovar, and I’m rooted in the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico, where the land holds a quiet kind of magic. My life has always been steeped in the mystical — shaped by spiritual practice, intuitive knowing, and a profound connection to animals.

Though I’ve spent over 35 years in business, administrative, and legal work — and I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps — the thread that has run through it all has been a quiet, growing pull toward something deeper: the unseen, the sacred, the timeless.

In recent years, I’ve stepped fully into that call. My work now centers on intuitive animal communication and healing — a path that feels less like something I chose and more like something I remembered.

A Life with Animals — Across Lifetimes

Over the years, I’ve been graced by the presence of six (seven with the inherited girl) deeply beloved animals. What I’ve come to understand, through experience rather than theory, is that these beings were not five different companions — but the same familiar souls, returning again and again in new forms.

They’ve come back to me in pairs — twice — and now one remains in spirit while the other has returned once more, this time in the beautiful, grounded form of a Belgian Malinois–Pitbull–Blue Heeler mix. Her eyes hold ancient knowing. Her presence is a gift from beyond this lifetime.

These soul-level reunions have shown me that our relationships with animals are not bound by time or death. They are eternal, woven into the very essence of who we are. This understanding is at the heart of my work: to honor the sacred contract between animals and humans, and to help you recognize and nurture that bond.

What Guides My Work

My healing practice is guided by a lifetime of spiritual devotion, shaped by more than three decades of mentorship with my lifelong teacher. My lived experience — as a veteran, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a wife (to my beloved, now in spirit) — has deepened my capacity to listen with compassion, hold space with care, and meet each soul where they are.

Whether I’m drawing an animal oracle card, offering intuitive insights, or simply holding quiet space for healing, I do so with reverence for the wisdom each animal brings.

My Approach

I believe every animal has a voice — and that voice deserves to be heard. My role is not to speak for them, but to listen deeply. Through intuitive communication and subtle energetic connection, I help you understand what your animal may be feeling, needing, or trying to share.

This work is not about fixing. It’s about remembering — who they are, who you are, and the sacred connection that brought you together.
